Breitling Best has just launched a new watch designed for everyday athletes. Launched the new Breitling Endurance Pro. As part of the brand’s professional collection, this sports watch is a lightweight way for athletes and sports enthusiasts to enjoy Breitling’s excellent timekeeping on the go.
The Breitlight case of Endurance Pro measures 44 mm. Breitlight is a proprietary material of Breitling, which is 3.3 times lighter than titanium and 5.8 times lighter than stainless steel. More importantly, it is durable and very resistant to scratches, traction and corrosion. In this case, it is Breitling Calibre 82 with SuperQuarts technology, which is ten times more accurate than ordinary quartz. What does Chronomat stand for?
The Chronomat nickname is a perfect combination of the two terms “Chrono” and “automatic” and “Matic”. Since its introduction in 1984, this watch has been a frequent visitor to the Breitling watch catalog. Please note that this is an era when Japanese quartz movements have caused severe damage to the mechanical watch industry, and the release of mechanical watches is considered a serious mistake. However, Chronomat proved otherwise.
what’s new?
Breitling Chronomat 2020 series particularly emphasizes the B01 series. There are multiple identical variants to choose from. All new watches are equipped with Manufacture Calibre 01, which made its debut with Chronomat 01 exactly ten years ago. Calibre 01, as you can see now, is an excellent mechanical device with a power reserve of up to 70 hours.
In terms of design, the new Chronomat successfully retains the soul of the series’ DNA. For example, this watch continues the tradition of the rider label with quarter-hour marks (12 o’clock, 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock, and 9 o’clock). They have both aesthetic purpose and functionality. The idea is to provide extra grip for the viewing user, so that even if the user is wearing gloves, rotating the bezel is not a big deal.
These watches are water resistant up to 200 meters and feature Super-LumiNova to improve readability.
what’s the difference?
Despite the similar design, these watches did undergo some changes. For example, the size of the watch case has shrunk from 44 mm to 42 mm in the past. Another major aesthetic adjustment is the change of the bracelet. The early Chronomats had a “Pilot Style” bracelet, and the new 2020 Chronomat had a “Rouleaux Style” bracelet. This bracelet appeared for the last time in the watchmaker’s Windrider series.

Chronomat B01 42-Production model
Let’s start with the fully produced model, Breitling Chronomat B01 42. This watch is available in silver, copper, blue and black dial colors. The first three dials have a black chronograph, while the black dial has a silver chronograph.
Chronomat B01 42 – Bentley Edition
Close behind is the Chronomat Bentley Limited Edition. The Swiss watchmaker once again collaborated with criminal veteran Bentley and released a limited edition chronograph. The Chronomat Bentley Edition has a green dial with a black chronograph. It has the same stainless steel body and stainless steel Rouleaux bracelet, with the words “BENTLEY” engraved on the back cover.
Chronomat B01 42 – Frecce Tricolori
The third watch in the series is a commemorative model inspired by Frecce Tricolori. This 1983 watch laid the foundation for future Chronomat timepieces. The limited edition will provide 250 pieces. This best replica watch will have a blue dial, tone register, and Frecce Tricolori logo, replacing the Breitling logo in the usual location near the 12 o’clock mark.
Chronomat B01 42 – 18-K red gold and stainless steel

The brand launched the B01 Chronomat 42 mm in 18 carat red gold. In this model, the crown, buttons and rider label are all beautifully crafted in 18-carat red gold. The dial is silver with a tonal chronograph.
The other two variants of this watch have a blue dial and tone register, and an anthracite dial with a black dial. The bezels of these models are also made of 18-carat red gold. The two styles of Rouleaux bracelets are also two-tone.
Chronomat B01 42 – 18-K red gold case and rubber strap
Finally, if you claim to be a purist and don’t like anything other than red gold, fake Breitling has prepared a 2020 B01 Chronomat 42 for you. This model features an 18-carat red gold case and a black rubber strap with an 18-carat red gold folding clasp. The timepiece offers an anthracite dial with a black chronograph sub-dial.
