This is the era of Breguet Marine Chronographe 5527, and its complications are largely attributed to Abraham-Louis Breguet (Abraham-Louis Breguet).

According to the new design specifications of the series, the new Marine Chronographe 5527 is equipped with a case with a diameter of 42.3 mm, with unique bracelet lugs, grooves on the strap and wavy decorations around the crown, and decorated with a large “B” . These watch cases ensure water resistance to 100 meters/330 feet.
The central chronograph hand is enriched with the “B” in the reinterpreted version of the corresponding maritime signal flag, supplemented by two registers, located at 3 o’clock and 6 o’clock. The smaller sub-dial at 9 o’clock is used to run the second hand.
The practical date indicator is located between 4 o’clock and 5 o’clock. Marine 5527 is available in three styles, two in gold and one in titanium. This material is very suitable for marine-inspired watches because it is lightweight and resistant to corrosion caused by salty air and water.
The white gold case is paired with a blue gold dial, while the rose gold case is paired with a silver-plated gold dial. The dials of both versions are decorated with a wave pattern engine rotation pattern.
For the titanium version, the dial has an elegant slate gray tone and sunburst finish.
